"This company is great to work for if you have good sales skills or would like to build your sales skills. If you have excellent customer service skills you can do well with this company if there are locations in your area."

"Glamour Shots offered no potential for growth and the future of the company was uncertain."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that management try a different approach in their style, often times they chose to degrade their employees during conference calls with everyone listening. Managing by fear is not a good approach in my opinion."
