"Lead behaved more like a little kid: clips you as you're drinking water, expects one to be able to read their mind, watches tv on the job, farts in your presence in a closed room. Low level personnel do not get company/project related notices. Do not take a break regardless of: what you do, environment conditions; wait til lunch time (fingers are everywhere)."
