Sales is hard but they have figured out a systematic way to approach it, making it easier for you to work with your assigned niche market or territory. The CEO is also an amazing salesperson. I definitely learned a lot working under her. She is tenacious, resourceful and appreciates your hard work. They compensate you based on the results you drive in.
