Sales and design workflows are extremely complex and there is a complete absence of documentation to help with continuously changing workflows. Workloads are 'feast or famine'. You will often be overwhelmed with unreasonable workloads or be asked to stay home until new work is available. Business struggles to hire sufficient staff numbers for busy seasons. You may be ordered to do work for which you did not agree upon when hired, and it is not optional. Beware dishonesty. Make sure you are given clear definitions and document all important interactions."
