"I've worked for Gilster for about a year and a half now and have found that the upper management seems to have no clue what goes on in their production areas. The equipment is outdated and generally broken. Should you attempt to get something fixed by the maintenance department the answer you usually receive is We're waiting on a part or no one told us this before. Despite this, there are quite a few great people that work like dogs and get paid worse than dogs."
