"All professionals here, everyone has the greatest of respect for all others that work here. The environment is very relaxed, helps to keep your mind in check when you have a ton of drafting and don't want to speak with anybody and punch it out for the engineers."

"Come prepared to work, and keep your mind on task. Work hard and play harder (later)."

What don't you like about working at Gilmore & Associates?

"I can not complain about Gilmore's none what so ever, except maybe a better health care plan. I know it is hard now a days to get a plan for your company that fits everyone and is still affordable, but ours needs some work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Great people to work with, like I said everyone is a professional here."
