"I worked for MW Kellogg for many years and staff recieved a living allowance for each location. Gilbane hired me from the corperate office, and I did not check on the living allowance for Columbus,,,, and I should have,, as they offered none, I would have asked for more base money if I had know they treat each project as LOCAL."
