"Ideal for an entry level person (1-2 years tech experience) who is very desperate for work but is looking to work in the tech industry. Long office hours (9-6). You also need to be available on weekends (not paid time). The pay is negotiable, and they will try to low ball you. You get 5 days vacation per year. This includes sicks day (yes, 5 days total). No health benefits unless you negotiate them. There is a 401K. It is a highly clichés environment. You will be questioned by the CEO directly on decisions you make. The office and kitchen are very messy/filthy. There is no room for growth."
