"The company is a good company to work for, however sales resources and technical resources are limited. A significant amount of my time is spent on addressing and resolving lack of parts and technician availability, collecting overdue invoices and preparing complex proposals that require input and data from other departments before completion for delivery to customers. The sales cycle is extremely long and dependent on local and state regulatory approvals before a project can be completed and funded."
