"Small company, great IT team but non for profit and small. Could use larger group of IT people and stronger IT compensation. Possibly go back to school programs and other incentives to make up for the small not for profit compensation. There can also be a lot of politics. Company structure is poor and needs to be reworked to a certain extent. Overall though, day to day operations are solid and the center is growing very quickly"
