"GGLO is very egalitarian; bringing everyone up a level to succeed. My only complaint, the leadership I worked with was scattered and spread too thin; which hampered the success of the firm. The most damaging aspect, I was not allowed to communicate with our clients. As a project manager, this was a fatal flaw."
