"I worked for GFMI in 2013. Once we were busy, the company demands tremendous amounts of work, and I would often stay 10-12 hours a day without additional pay as I am on salary. Upper management has a reputation to scream, curse, and throw objects around when they are informed of bad news or errors. Once work slowed down, I happened to be one of the people to be laid off, which occurs yearly. Not a very stable job unless you are at the top."
