"I have worked for Georg Fisher Harvel for years now. The company claims we're all a big team... well that's a joke. The machine operators all do our best and it's never good enough for "management" if that's what you call you them. We're forced to work every weekend and holidays. Company moral is at am all time low and when you voice your opinion you fear for your job. They constantly run out of material. The place seems to be micromanaged. And if you want to get anywhere with the company you have to be related to someone in the office."

"Older people work at this company so be respectful and smile."
What don't you like about working at GF Harvel?
"There is high level of seniority in the company with people who have worked there for 15 years plus. They are very trenched in their ways and very hard to see management exact change. The company culture and mission is just to make more money when they can highlight the change and improvement we bring to people. No mission which I can believe in."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on meaning and drive as a goal rather then growth for the sake of profits."
