"Working From Home is Great. You are just a number to them and that's it unless you are in with their group. Pretty much it's like you are in high-school all over again where there are the "in crowd " that stick together and praise each other and then the "out crowd" that the in crowd doesn't care for. The Sups and L2's definitely have their favorites and definitely treat everyone differently. They Micromanage everything and the L2's never want to take Escalated calls and will make you wait a long time before taking one. They say that it should be a one call resolution but will constantly tell you not to take more than 15min with a customer and if you do they will look into why it took that long. Pay is not that great and worse if you went through a contract agency as you get no pto/ holiday pay and when you ask about possibly being hired on you're told good luck as it rarely EVER happens. You are asked to do more things yet not offered any pay increase for those extra responsibilities. Overall besides the management being horrible the job isn't bad if you can look over those things but I recommend using this as a stepping stone to bigger better jobs."
"Healthcare startup can be a little bit of a volatile environment. From a business perspective, I mean. Had clients who backed out since they weren't sure they would be able to offer a plan in certain parts of the country due to the federal government."
