"I have slowly began to enjoy all of my fellow co-workers, including the bosses, even though so many have come and gone. I feel though that I am not appreciated because I am definitely one of the hardest workers, I do everything I can to save the company money, and I make the company a substantial amount of money. I get small raises and finally a promotion with a small pay bump. I have looked up averages for my skill set and qualifications and I am getting paid 30% less than average for the area."
