What do you like about working at Geoservices?

"I really liked the diversity of Geoservices. It was great to meet all sorts of people from all walks of life, of many different countries. Geoservices usually takes into consideration that many people put family first in their lives, and let their employees conduct themselves on a daily basis that way, letting many employees take time off where needed to support their families or selves best."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Geoservices can be a great company to work for, you can have much freedom that many companies do not guarantee or have at all. With that being said, help your fellow worker as best you can because Geoservices is almost a family at times, but also take care of yourself in the end."

What don't you like about working at Geoservices?

"I did not like the fact that many people at Geoservices seemed dispensible. Many managers, employees were easily shipped off to other bases around the world with little to no input from the manager or employee in question. Many of these employees have families which are established in the specific district or country and to be uprooted at the drop of a hat without questioning is a difficult pill to swallow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Although management may have what's best for employees on a short-term basis, the long-term processes and employee goals need to be taken into more consideration. Also, to correct the little day to day problems or tasks that aren't done correctly would solve many of the big problems which affect other employees directly."
