"Be sure you have experience leading Medicaid IT units. Must have a working knowledge of managing outsourced IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication vendors. Need a strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to negotiate with the Federal Government to acquire Federal dollars for Medicaid initiatives."
