"A sense of worth at times. Making a difference in peoples lives with a sense of safety and security. Some fellow employees that are enjoyable to work with."

"A good job to learn new things. Dont spend longer than a year here."

What don't you like about working at George Alarm?

"No raises for years spent there. Higher ups reap all the money while the technicans and dispatcher operators suffer. Management is questionable at best. Seemingly crooked, very deceitful and prone to lead people to a false sense of hope. Will expect knowledge expanding without any reward for it. Refusal to listen to advice concerning work ethic or efficiency. They are stuck in their own world and mindset without a care in the world. Under 20k a year at full time. No room to grow in company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Care for your staff. And reward them for their continued loyalty. I've seen great people who give everything they have work here, and got dirt in return."
