"Pros: - Compensation is very fair, especially for the area - Lab environment was relatively low stress - Supervisor effectively communicated with lab staff - Unionized Production Staff Cons: - Repeat issues with insolvency leading to raw materials and supplies not being replaced as they should - Old infrastructure - Safety issues and concerns aren't taken as seriously as they should be - Communication between departments and even between shifts ranges from passible to abysmal. -Said poor communication often leads to unnecessary antagonism and just general feelings of ill will between different shifts and departments - No off-day rotation leading to 3rd and swing shifts getting weekday off days permanently"
