"retain good employees - pay attention to their basic needs and aspirations"

"Although there is extensive training to learn the product, the tools are not easy to use and typically the people taking the calls know way more than the supervisors. You are scolded for asking questions and frowned upon when truly wanting to help the customers. You get a bonus dangled in front of your nose every month, but are set up for failure when you are not given the time you need to follow up with customers or the authority to offer credits which you are never allowed to give."

"monotonous work, boring subjects less pay, no canteen, no proper tansport"

"Forced to work for this company after being outsourced. The pay grades are substantially lower than my previous company. Work environment is depressing, forced to adopt the company culture. Senior management values the wrong employees and are clueless when it comes to the positions they manage which is probably the reason we were outsourced in the first place. Good entry level job but not much else."

They refused to provide IT with the needed number of servers and staff to maintain them on order to make the systems functional, which left our clients, customers, and staff spinning our wheels and going absolutely nowhere."
