"Lack of communication between the departments. The thinking of being reactive instead of being proactive."

"The Sr Management has run the company into the ground and put it on the brink of financial ruin. What could have been an amazing company is now a miserable place to be stuck in a bad job market"

"The ability to hire/train my staff and handle all aspects of AP. To be given the freedom to run the department and our project that allowed AP to clear $5M of errouneous AP invoices from the aging."

"I would get some sort of feeling about their cash position before accepting anything here."

"Because they were/are cash strap they were forced to lay off 95% of there staff."

"Merge with a strong finance partner and I'd love to come back!"
