"I am friends with the Owner, VP's and several others in the company. We not only work together but we spend most weekends together. For those in the company that are not involved in the outside enjoyment there is too much resentment."

"Nothing, just a bad experience all around they had little or no concern for their employees (just numbers) same as it was twenty years ago."

"think twice before going to work with them and listen closely to what they tell you and read between the lines"

"too much upper management involved in the daily project operations. let the field personnel run the project that's what they get paid for. Upper management needs to be more qualified in the field operations."
