"There is a very wide range of salaries for a general manager position as there isn’t a standard by which the title is determined. In other companies, my title would be a Vice President or Director (my title at another company with the same responsibilities.) I know I make less than other general managers and more than others, probably above average for this area. Bonuses and incentive rewards are far less than with my previous companies."
