"The hours are different everyday and one day you could be done at 4 PM while the next you could work until 9 PM."

"Be more organized and find the right employees to fit your company."

"Working outside...learned something new everyday...gained a significant amount of strength both physically and mentally"

"Don't do it. The amount of pay, and the physical toll it takes on your body, and without a retirement plan, it's not worth it."
What don't you like about working at SPD Transfer Service?
"It was a family owned business so out of the 30 total employees, only 8 were not a family member. It seemed as though the family members got away with everything."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat the employees as human beings and understand that they make a lot less than you do and you should pay your employees more for the kind of, and amount of work they perform. Also, I would offer a 40lK or some kind of retirement incentive."

"hard work was very tough on my body and took a toll on me"

"I would reccomend that the company give more of a money per hour"
