What do you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"Everything, but mostly my position at RAF Menwith Hill that I had with 14 years experience, I am a expert at MHS requirements and support."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unknown, my last interview was obscure and did not fit the bill of a proper interview as if they already knew who they wanted and did not even before the interview."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"Not being picked up on the new contract for my own job, when even willing to take a pay cut to stay in it for others who were even cheaper with less experience at site."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Thin out management and focus on building a strong work team with more people per manager."
