2.9 I have worked with Electric Boat for a year and a half as an entry level engineer. My experience has been that the company is very stable and there is no shortage of work. The people that you interact with are genuine and typically are very well educated in their particular job. However, the work environment is dated and the company does not have very many advancement opportunities.

3.2 I've worked at Electric Boat for nearly 5 years, and have learned to excel at my position, however the work has become somewhat routine. Electric Boat treats new employees very well, but upward mobility and compensation can not keep up for existing employees. Expect to leave within a few years.

3.7 Electric Bot is a company trying harder to appreciate its workforce. Although parking at the New London location is terrible my particular department has a great culture and we all have seem to have a great relationship with both our supervisors and manager. Everyone is open to helping if help is needed.
