"Get a feeling of the atmosphere, and how they do their bid process. There was little guidance, but mostly what do you think for an ENR 150 company."

"Communication with upper management poor. Employees were resistant to assisting fellow coworkers. Too many experts on their own agenda"

"Need to provide more guidance to employees, with less post bid blame. There was little understanding of reality on market perception in Denver, CO"
