"I actually liked the scenery, waking up in the desert and having a picturesque look on the way into work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I found that the driving them nuts method, while effective, can be tiring as they know they're the only job in the area aside from Tonopah. Nothing against them, but the constant trips down to the mine to try to get a position was very tiresome. Not to mention they gave someone the original position I was had applied for to someone else because he was good in Photoshop and that made them a computer expert when I had a degree under my belt kinda stung a bit when I clearly met the individual and knew more than him. I know this sounds egocentric, but it's why I feel they didn't make really good decisions. At least I had a job for a little while there."
What don't you like about working at Round Mountain Gold?
"The fact, sadly, it is in the middle of no where and you have to drive so far to find the luxury conveniences of a city."

"It is a great company to work for but there is not a lot of advancement with in the company."

"The career growth was stale and there was not a lot of room for movement with in the office."

"Stores vary too much because of the managers. You start off with an excellent one, and then the manager changes. There is no job satisfaction."

"The benefit package was great...the hours were great...the work assignment was excellent."

"The supervisor was unprofessional in her dealing with the employee's...her attitude was as a do as I say and listen to what I say or else....and she meant it...or else and you were out of there....no questions asked you were disposable."

"To be able to have a person to deal with in a supervisory position that is professional in dealing with employees who loves their assignment and is a team player."
