"Be sure to negotiate for the maximum pay you desire. If not the manager will tell you later that you didn't negotiate better and that is why you aren't getting paid what you should be."

"Management often not educated in areas of management to which they are assigned. Pay scale not commiserate to experience. Management is very negative toward the employee."

"There should be a revampment or the management for the Integration Department."
