"Bully style leadership team - executive management team is out for their interests only, not employee friendly. HR is worst in the business, represents all the terrible stereotypes of a legal focused manage up HR philosophy. Maintaining old accounts - poor vision for future product and business strategy roadmap. I don't see a bright future for the company. The chief officers aren't made of CMO, CSO, CEO, CFO material."

Question about the CEO that follows - I could not recommend the CEO because he is new. The CEO that was present when I was working there has left the company."

"Overhead duplicated process some time cause burden. Change in management was often"

"Remove duplicated process. Improve health and retirement benefits. Open opportunity to develop skills."

"Trying to force customers to purchase certain technologies back fired too many often. Should try to improve and work with customer existing technologies."

"stick with unite states workers our knowledge far exceeds many others, its not worth the compromise"

"getting laid off due to restructuring the IT dept. I will miss working there."

"Because the company is growing so fast there is a great deal of change in the management structure. That needs to be stabilized."

"As we get bigger, they are getting more generous with benefits"

"As we get bigger, the small company advantages go away and we are becoming stultified, bureaucratic, and hide-bound"

"Invest in your employees. While benefits have improved somewhat, and supposedly salaries are going up (they'd better), the CEO's dismal answer to a question about developing new technology in-house shows that his priority is not in developing the employees he has but in building his kingdom through acquisition."
