2.5 GEFCO has a lot growing to do in their leadership abilities. As with any company, there are great people that work there, but inevitably they all end up leaving for something better because they can't handle the "boy's club" that exists within GEFCO's walls. If new management can come in and clean up the nonsense and keep the hardworking decent people, they stand a chance to remain open in the next few years. Otherwise, it doesn't look good.

3.7 Company up for sale. I felt it was a good company on its way to being profitable but Astec wasn't willing to wait any longer. I do think the closure/sale annoucncement was poorly done. Hoping the new owner is able to take the company to the next level and really succeed.
