"I was the first employee and helped build the support team over the course of almost three years. Initially, things were growing and moving quickly, and we were open and honest with one another. Over time, the founders changed, made promises they never kept, and slowly started alienating the team. The majority of the workforce is in Poland, and the company has never met up during the course of their time together. No benefits, no perks, and communication are not great."
