"Strength of Character is more important then details of skill. Your skills and training will not help you cope with adverse conditions in the field so do not hide behind credentials and the resume but embrace your faults and your strengths and the willingness you will go to improve both."

What don't you like about working at Geek Patch?

"The management and training style was haphazard but as stated before due to the start up nature all employees were in the field."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put limitations on scopes of work repairing an inkjet at one job and then moving to a dot matrix printer which has no longer an customer support are to very different approaches to appease the client."
