"I've worked at Geater Machining for the last 6 years. Over the years we have made vast improvements on quality. But they have poor compensation for there employees. In trying to improve quality they have engineering put more information on the work orders so shop employees no longer need to look at prints and are no longer held accountable for their problems and defects."
