"Be ready for WAR.... expect backstabbing and undercutting your efforts. Find your allies quickly, but be very careful, some are very crafty and are really your enemies. Good Luck!"

What don't you like about working at GE Healthcare?

"The two women I worked for were crazy psycho women. They'd throw their young to the wolves. I've never worked for such a psychotic bunch in my life. Probably result of the competitiveness that is richly embedded in the system. We had a fantastic team when I started and one-by-one, the good people were axed from the program because of financial, reorganizing decisions. We lost the good people, then finally me with them.I have never never worked for such an evil management in my life. Upper management seemed well intentioned. However, the middle management was ill-prepared and lacked serious diplomatic skills. When they were questioned on their decisions, they took it as a personal attack and began disciplinary actions on many levels. They fire so many people.... look at their retention. I'm not referring to the contractors. I'm referring to employees. NOT MANY STAY FOR A REASON!It took me 6 months to rid myself of nightmares that place instilled. I'm now out 15 months... so grateful and peaceful!I'll encourage anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE for all cost! The money and benefits are not worth the anguish endured!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Revamp the middle management.... they have way too much power... and are ridiculously non-productive."
