Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"the interviewing is fine getting in with the company, it's once your in the company that it gets hard. Especially if you have a manager that doesn't want to help you or listen, is condescending and thinks or tells you its just you, that's why your computer isn't working and yet team members see there's a problem with your computer."

What don't you like about working at GE Capital?

"I don't like the impersonal way it operates. Many people in the break room would be telling stories about unfairness regarding family matters,health issues etc not really caring about employee situations. And seems like there's lot's of favoritism!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"LISTEN, SHOW APATHY, communicate, if someone is telling you they are having computer issues and it's effecting their time ( like me) then help that employee and find out what's the problem or move to another computer. Work with family issues or health problems and try to be compassionate and help. Not just a number!"
