At GE the saying goes, "We invent the future of flight, lift people up, and bring them home safely", and this is something every GE professional takes to heart."

"I really enjoyed the team that I directly worked with they were hard workers and always helping each other out. Upper management and HR could use some work. There is a lack of communication and focus on numbers rather than quality even though they say the opposite. The management could also pay better attention to the quality of a person's work when making job considerations and lay off decisions rather than focusing on seniority alone."
