"I worked at GE Aviation for 7 years and found the organization and my colleagues dedicated to their customers and the flying public in general. At GE the saying goes, "We invent the future of flight, lift people up, and bring them home safely", and this is something every GE professional takes to heart."
"I really enjoyed the team that I directly worked with they were hard workers and always helping each other out. Upper management and HR could use some work. There is a lack of communication and focus on numbers rather than quality even though they say the opposite. The management could also pay better attention to the quality of a person's work when making job considerations and lay off decisions rather than focusing on seniority alone."
"I have worked for GE Aviation Systems for a little more than a year in the manufacturing sustainment of avionics products. The position is satisfactory and is a good mix of combining technical expertise with quality assurance and production support. However, as of my writing this review, GE Aviation is going through an immense amount of financial difficulty due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and it has drastically impacted previously foreseen company growth."
"I have worked here since 2014. The people are great and the company takes good care of its employees."
"Great Mission and Great Accomplishment"
"Good core values and culture, I work since 2013 on GE Aviation. I have found that is a collaborative place where everyone has access to information and experts."
"I've worked for GE Aviation for 6 years and find it to be a solid company with good pay and benefits."
"I have worked with GE Aviation for 2 years now and I have learned lots of great leadership and core values. In this time I have talked with customers as well as business leaders to ensure the best product we can deliver. Our building employs 250 mechanics. Each with a great mindset to get the job done."
"Excellent career to date."
"I have worked for GE Aviation for one year. I have no regrets working for this company but I am in dire need to move back to Chicago. I will still work for GE Aviation but location is a critical issue in my search."
