"Sadly to say, management is the greatest downfall of this company. I have been working there for roughly six months and it is visible through the chain of command that there is a lack of communication and appreciation. I have literally had supervisors tell me that employees do not matter because they can always just go down the list of potential contractors. The GCC mentality is that if an employee fears for their job they will work harder. Highly distasteful place to work, with the single upside being that once a person hires on they are unlikely to be terminated."
