(One of my clients mentioned a job skill she has but because these organizations are required to bend over backwards to give these people choices to do whatever they want this client chose to sit at a computer and watch music videos most days, using our taxpayer dollars to pay for her program attendance, rather than her working in something within her capabilities, being productive, and earning her own money.)-go easy on the criticism for employees trying their best and not make people feel like they're in trouble every time they try to go above and beyond to be helpful. Appreciate the good things that employees do.
