"Back stabbing, unrealistic expectations; no increase in wages for years, not even cost of living increases; lack of funds for materials, out of pocket expenses; too much paper work(record keeping), grading papers, writing extensive lesson plans, disrespect from parents and students. Work cutting into personal time."

"Go out into the community to hear what the concerns the educators have, not rush to support parent complaints untill he has heard all sides: support educators first."
