"Good people. New product line (paper goods). Expanded my Direct Import exerience."

What don't you like about working at Gartner?

"Power struggles within the Sr. Mgmt ranks. Often the right hand didn't know what the left hand did. Did not take change well. Not exceedingly forthcoming with knowledge needed to do your job. More of a 'fly by the seat of your pants' type of learning."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sometimes the old prevents you from moving forward and growing. Get rid of the personalities that adhere to the 'that's not the way we used to do it' and move on with the 'how can we make it better by working together' mantra."
