"on a personal level, it was difficult dealing with vast amounts of incompetence. A lack of organization to keep a production line at its utmost productivity; coupled with low desire to strive for excellence and due diligence within many departments. One person would outshine an entire line of employees whom just clocked in and had a lackadaisical attitude about completing a job timely or well. Thus ultimately affecting company profit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be more regularly involved with day to day operations from bottom level up within the department. Recognizing and rectifying lapses in effort, achievement and a willingness to improve work ethics along with boosting morale or set goals in finally achieve a successful department for the future longevity of corporation."
