"At times this company can be a fun place to work and has the potential to become a place that attracts loyal employees but, for now, it's no more than a stepping stone."

What don't you like about working at Gano Excel?

"The customers that my company panders to are not to be trusted and the CEO will tell you whatever it takes to shut you up, most of the time being insincere. The feeling is that there is very little respect for the employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees like they are just as important, if not more important than the people who attempt to cheat your business at every opportunity."
