"I loved the vision of what the Director of Projects aspired our team to achieve. The Projects group was staffed with admirable, outstanding and visionary professionals. It was both inspiring and educational the challenges we worked together to overcome. I feel privileged to have been part of that team."

"Be honest, understand it is a Spanish based company, thus cultural differences will come to play. Flexibility and an open mind is essential. Sell them on why they need you."

What don't you like about working at Gamesa?

"The lack of communication, power struggles and unwillingness to collaborate between the various departments. It was disheartening to constantly have to remind we were all on the same team."

"Communication, communication, communication"

"The weather was sometime not too good since the job was primarily outside. The company did provide us with the clothing that was needed in all types of weather."

"This is a Spanish owned company. Upper management being foreign does need to learn the employment laws of America and state of Pennsylvania."
