"I worked at the IT department for 1 year. I loved the environment, the overall job of troubleshooting and taking the challenge of every call or ticket that I possibly can. I troubleshot monitors, printers, passwords, active directory, assisted a lot in projects like imaging hard drives, inventory, etc."

"I liked the fact that I had my own office and was able to meet with the Grants staff and answer questions without having to reserve a conference room; I liked the people and the work environment was professional but laid back; I like working in a medium to small work environment but still fast paced where there is never room to get bored;"
