"Buyer beware. Gallant has fine systems and a decent client base. The CEO is an enigmatic leader who skulks around the place with no joy for his work. Socially awkward, he has great difficulty interacting cordially with team. At times bombastic and disrespectful, he sells a mean game to get you in the door but once he has you he will berate you for minor if non-existent flows. Ask about PM turnover in last 5 years."
