"Variety. Work was fast paced and involved many different aspects of claim handling. There was always something new to learn."

"Be honest. Express what you really are seeking in a job. If you are willing to take on training and additional responsiblities, let it be known."

"Some politics, but I really left because I received an excellent job offer to work handling litigation."

"Actually, this is a very well run company. Management could provide more techincal training, but at this time they may already be doing this."

"I would be very cautious when interviewing with this company. Many promises are made and are not met once you are actually there."

What don't you like about working at Gallagher Bassett Services?

"I did not like the supervisors nor upper management. They were more worried about making clients happy that they did not respect the claim adjusters."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your adjusters and work with them in a professional and respectful way to work out any issues that they may be experiencing with their clients of immediate supervisor. Take a look at the amount of turnover and number of employees fired based on performance. There are issues with this at certain branches."
