"I worked here for going on 4 years and will never return. No amount of money would get me to go back to this place. Upon leaving and putting in a two weeks notice, the owner of the Columbia location treats you like you’re going to sabotage the dealership. The office environment is very gossipy with a high school mentality. If someone in the office feels threatened by you they make up rumors and lies about you to management to make you look bad. I can’t tell you the number of times they have tried to write me up for he said she said stuff based on no factual information other than manipulative office employees starting rumors.The payroll “manager” discloses confidential information about other employees throughout the office. Nothing discussed with her stays confidential as it is supposed to. She discusses fellow employees’ pay and information regarding their medical leave. Instead of the office working together as a team, they work against eachother making the office completely dysfunctional. I worked hard for this company and never once did a single thing to cause them to question my character but the moment they found out I was leaving, they never wished me well but instead treated me like I wasn’t an employee anymore. Save yourself the trouble of working for this dysfunctional location. No matter how hard you work for them they don’t appreciate you as a good company should."
