"So I have never worked at Google, but this seems like a Google workplace. So many things are based around the employees. Coffee shop, softball team, soccer team, happy hours, employee gym. So with all that you have a great place to work, but here is what is most important. I HAVE A CAREER!!! I am in it to win it. I love aviation. I get to travel the world. "I can see the company treats front-line people as disposable, not as an asset. People come and go every month. Upper management doesn't take any responsibility and take credit for only good results and can get away with the mistakes.
