"Great people and an entrepenurial enviroment."

What don't you like about working at Fuscoe Engineering?

"Politics and bureacracy. They are a lot of people that have been there a long time and do not like change. Fuscoe went from a place where they valued being good and small. Then it was lets grow as fast as possible and a lot of the quality went with it and it became less of what they were preaching in their mission statements."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be open to change and be real. They mean well but rarely do they follow through or does it come off as genuine."
